A family business that builds digital things.

Create Me is family-run. That isn't a warm detail to put in a footer — it's the reason the work is done the way it is. You deal with the people doing it, the same people are still there in a year, and nobody's incentivised to sell you something you don't need.

Create Me's AI agent

Talk to Keira

Hey, I'm Keira.

Speak naturally — or type instead. Keira will work out what you need and give you straight answers.

  • Natural conversationNo forms. Just talk.
  • Honest answersIndicative pricing. No guesses.
  • Your privacyYour conversation stays private.

Keira is Create Me’s AI agent, not a person. She gives indicative pricing, never a quote, and she’ll say so when she doesn’t know something.

What that means in practice

You talk to the people doing the work
No account manager relaying your requirements to a team you never meet, and no handover to someone who wasn't in the room when it was scoped.
The relationship outlasts the project
A family business can't afford a bad one. We'd rather have a client for ten years than a good quarter, and that changes what we recommend.
Decisions are made by the people accountable for them
If something needs sorting out, it gets sorted out. There's no process to escalate through.

How we approach the work

We don’t just build it.We understand it.

That sentence is on a lot of agency websites. What it means here is that before anything is designed we want to understand these eight things — and if we can’t answer them, we’re not ready to quote.

  • 01

    The business

  • 02

    The customer

  • 03

    The problem

  • 04

    The brand

  • 05

    The commercial objective

  • 06

    The technology

  • 07

    The customer journey

  • 08

    The future requirement

How we think

Three positionswe’ll defend in a meeting.

Creativity and technology are the same conversation

Design decisions are build decisions. Pretending otherwise is how projects go wrong.

Most agencies split the two. Someone designs, then hands it to someone who makes it work, and the compromises get made quietly at the end by whoever is left holding it.

We do it in one conversation, because the interesting decisions sit exactly where the two meet. How a page loads is a design decision. What a form asks for is a brand decision. Whether something should animate at all is usually a commercial one.

The practical effect is fewer surprises. Nothing is designed that cannot be built, and nothing is built that quietly abandons what the design was for.

Strategy is not a document, it's a set of decisions

You should be able to say what it decided. If you can't, it was a deck.

Strategy has a bad name because it is often sold as a phase you pay for and receive as a PDF. That version is easy to produce and changes nothing.

The useful version is short and inconvenient: who this is for, what it has to achieve, what it will deliberately not do, and what we will judge it by. Four answers, agreed before anything is designed.

It matters because it settles arguments later. When there is a disagreement about a homepage six weeks in, the question stops being who has better taste and becomes which option serves the thing we already agreed.

Brand, digital and AI are one system or they are three problems

Run them separately and the seams show — usually to your customer.

A brand that was never built for a screen. A website that looks nothing like the deck. An AI assistant that sounds like a different company entirely. These are the normal outcomes of buying three things from three suppliers.

Held together, each one makes the others cheaper and better. Positioning tells the website what to say. The website's content structure tells the AI what it can answer. What people actually ask the AI tells you what the brand has failed to explain.

We are not arguing you should buy all three. Most clients need one. The point is that when you do need more than one, they should have been designed as the same thing.

Straight answers

Easier to judge an agencyby what it won’t do.

  • We won't sell you something you don't need

If a well-built standard website solves the problem, that's what we'll recommend — even where a custom build would be worth considerably more to us.

  • We won't guarantee things nobody can guarantee

Not rankings, not lead volume, not revenue. Anyone who does is either guessing or misleading you.

  • We won't quote before we understand the job

Published ranges help you plan. A real number comes after a conversation, because anything else is a number we'd have to walk back.

  • We won't lock you in

Code, content, domain, hosting, analytics and brand files are yours, in your name. You should be able to leave and take everything with you.

Where we work

Dubai first. It’s where we are, and most projects start with someone local who’d rather meet than email.

Dubai
Primary market. Create Me is based here and most work starts with a local conversation.
UAE
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider Emirates.
GCC
An important growth market — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait.
International
Welcome where the project and the working relationship fit.

Who we work with

Industry isn’t the qualifier.

Startups, SMEs, Established businesses, Founders, Corporate companies, Enterprise organisations — we’ve no preference. What matters is whether the working relationship will hold up.

  • A genuine requirement

Something real needs to happen, not just an idea being explored.

  • Budget

Not necessarily a large one — but a real one, and roughly in the right place.

  • Decision authority

Someone in the conversation can actually say yes.

  • Serious intent

A timeframe, a reason, and a decision to make.

  • Professional expectations

Work is scoped, agreed, invoiced and delivered properly on both sides.

  • Relationship fit

We work closely with clients. That only works when both sides want it to.

Next step

Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.

We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.

The flow

Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project

No forms

A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.

Where we work

Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
