The document in the room when you're not.

Investor decks, sales decks, corporate profiles, tender documents. Designed properly, argued properly, and built so your team can use them without destroying the layout.

A deck is an argument that has to work in a room you're not in. Design makes the argument land; it can't supply one.

Start with the room

Who reads it decides everything else.

The same company needs four different documents depending on who is holding it. Slide count, tone, evidence and structure all follow from this, which is why it’s the first question we ask.

Investors

The decision they’re making

Is this worth risking money on, and is this team the one to back?

So it has to

A narrative with a defensible market, a credible plan and numbers that survive scrutiny.

  • Investor decks
  • Pitch decks

A prospective client

The decision they’re making

Can these people do the job, and would we enjoy working with them?

So it has to

Proof of capability, a clear scope, and a reason to pick you over the incumbent.

  • Sales decks
  • Capability presentations

A tender panel

The decision they’re making

Does this submission comply, and does it score?

So it has to

Answers in the order they were asked, evidenced, inside the format rules.

  • Tender presentations
  • Corporate profiles

A potential partner

The decision they’re making

What do we each bring, and what does this look like in a year?

So it has to

A shared picture of the opportunity and an honest account of what you need from them.

  • Partnership presentations
  • Corporate profiles

Strategic communication, not PowerPoint design

The first question is never about layout. It's who reads this, what decision they're making, and what has to be true for them to say yes. The slide order follows from that, and the design follows the order.

So the work starts with the narrative — agreed in outline before anything is designed — then the evidence, then the information design for the numbers, then the build as an editable template your team can maintain without destroying the layout.

Indicative investment

What it tends to cost.

Priced on depth and on how much of the argument we're writing rather than laying out.

Indicative investment

A published range so you can plan and sanity-check a budget. It is not a commitment, and it is not what you’ll be invoiced.

Formal quotation

A written scope, deliverables, timeframe and a fixed number — issued after a conversation about what you actually need. That is the figure that counts.

Questions

Asked often.

Can you write it as well as design it?

Yes, and for investor and tender work it's usually better that way — the argument and the layout are the same problem.

Will we be able to edit it?

Yes. You get proper master slides and the fonts, so edits don't collapse the design. That's a deliverable, not an extra.

What does it cost?

Indicative: corporate profiles AED 2.5k–20k+ depending on depth, pitch decks AED 3k–25k+, investor decks AED 8k–20k+, tenders AED 7.5k–25k+. Excludes 5% VAT.

How fast can you turn one around?

Most decks are one to three weeks. If you're against a deadline, say so early — sometimes it's possible, sometimes it isn't, and we'd rather tell you straight away.

Next step

Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.

We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.

The flow

Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project

No forms

A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.

Where we work

Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
