AI is worth adding when it removes work. Otherwise it's decoration.
Two different things get called AI integration. Adding capability to a website or platform you already have, and designing AI into a custom product from the start. They are priced differently, built differently and solve different problems.
AI is worth adding when it removes repeated work. The rest of the time it's an expensive ornament, and we'll say so.

Talk to Keira
Hey, I'm Keira.
Speak naturally — or type instead. Keira will work out what you need and give you straight answers.

- Natural conversationNo forms. Just talk.
- Honest answersIndicative pricing. No guesses.
- Your privacyYour conversation stays private.
Keira is Create Me’s AI agent, not a person. She gives indicative pricing, never a quote, and she’ll say so when she doesn’t know something.
Two different jobs
“AI integration” means two things. They are priced and built differently.
Almost every confused AI conversation starts by mixing these up. Work out which one you’re in and the rest of the decision gets much easier.
Type one
AI added to a website you already have
The site stays as it is. AI sits alongside it — answering questions, qualifying enquiries, searching properly, handling documents — and connects to what's already there.
- Your website works; you want it to do more
- Priced from around AED 4k for a contained feature
- Typically 2–4 weeks
- Additive: nothing existing gets rebuilt
Type two
AI built into a custom digital product
The product's value depends on it — a copilot inside your platform, document intelligence, an agent that finishes a workflow. Designed into the architecture, the data model and the interface from day one.
- The AI is the product, not an addition to it
- Priced from around AED 8k, and considerably higher for agents and copilots
- Typically 8–16 weeks
- Structural: retro-fitting this later costs materially more
Keira, on this page, is a type-one build: a secure backend, a replaceable model provider, and answers grounded in approved information. How that gets built.

When we'll tell you not to bother
If the real problem is that your website doesn't explain things clearly, an assistant just answers questions the site should have answered — and you've paid twice.
If the task happens four times a month, a person doing it is cheaper than a system that needs maintaining. If your information is scattered and nobody agrees what's true, AI will confidently repeat whichever version it finds first. Fix the source before automating the answer.
Telling a client they don't need AI is the whole reason to trust us when we say they do.
What people tell us
- “We answer the same five questions all day.”
- “Enquiries arrive with no information and someone has to chase every one.”
- “Our site search returns nothing useful.”
- “We have thousands of documents and no way to ask them a question.”
- “We tried a chatbot and it embarrassed us.”
Who it’s for
- Businesses answering the same questions dozens of times a day
- Teams drowning in documents, forms or unstructured enquiries
- Companies with a platform where AI would remove genuine manual effort
- Anyone who has been sold a chatbot that confidently makes things up
Indicative investment
What it tends to cost.
Two tables, because they are two different builds. Adding to an existing site is additive; AI inside a custom product is structural.
Indicative investment
A published range so you can plan and sanity-check a budget. It is not a commitment, and it is not what you’ll be invoiced.
Formal quotation
A written scope, deliverables, timeframe and a fixed number — issued after a conversation about what you actually need. That is the figure that counts.

Assess
What's the actual task, how often does it happen, and what does it cost you today?
- 02

AI, conventional software, or a process change. Sometimes the answer is not AI.
- 03

Questions
Asked often.
What's the difference between the two types of AI work?
Adding AI to an existing website is additive — the site stays as it is and AI connects to it. AI in a custom product is structural — the architecture, data and interface are designed around it. Different builds, different prices. We keep them separate deliberately.
Will it make things up?
Not if it's built properly. Company-specific answers come only from approved information, and the system is instructed to say it doesn't know rather than guess. That behaviour is tested, not assumed.
Are we locked into one AI provider?
No. We build the provider as a replaceable layer. Models and prices change quickly and you shouldn't have to rebuild when they do.
Is our data safe?
API keys stay server-side, sessions are isolated, inputs are validated, and we agree what is logged and for how long. We'll also tell you what the model provider can and can't see.
Do we need AI?
Maybe not. If the problem is that your website is unclear, AI will just answer questions the site should have answered. We'd rather fix the underlying thing.
Often paired with
- Software, not pages
Custom Websites & Web Applications
Where the AI is the product rather than an addition, it has to be designed into the architecture from day one.
- Sites that do a job
Website Development
If the underlying site doesn't explain the business clearly, fix that first — an assistant will just answer questions the site should have.
- Volume with judgement
AI-Powered Content
The other half of practical AI: volume produced fast, then edited by a person before anyone sees it.
Next step
Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.
We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.
The flow
Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project
No forms
A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.
Where we work
Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
