A website should have a job. Then be built to do it.
Most websites fail in the brief, not the build. We start with what the site is supposed to achieve — enquiries, credibility, applications, sales — and design backwards from that. Then we build it properly, fast, and so your team can actually run it.
A website is not a deliverable. It's a piece of commercial equipment that either produces enquiries or doesn't.

What this actually is
There is a version of this work where someone takes a template, pours your text into it, and hands it over. It is cheap and it is sometimes the right answer. It is not what most businesses need once there is real money behind the enquiry.
We work out who lands on the site, what they need to see, in what order, and what they should do next. Structure first, then content, then design, then build. That order is why our sites tend to convert better than they look — although we care a great deal about how they look.
Built for speed and search from the start, not optimised afterwards. Editable by your team without breaking the design.
Which of these do you actually need?
Four different jobs get called “a new website”. They cost very different amounts, and picking the wrong one is the most expensive mistake available here.
A simple website
From around AED 12,000You’re here if
- You need to look credible and be findable
- The content is mostly pages: who you are, what you do, how to reach you
- Your team wants to edit it without a developer
A redesign
Usually less than a rebuildYou’re here if
- The structure works but it looks dated or off-brand
- You own the domain, hosting and content
- Traffic arrives but doesn't convert
A custom website
Scoped on requirementsYou’re here if
- Off-the-shelf themes can't do what the site has to do
- Speed, search or accessibility are commercially material
- There are integrations, or unusual content structures
A web application
A different serviceYou’re here if
- There's a login, and what's behind it is the point
- You're replacing a process, not publishing pages
- Different users see different things
How a site gets designed
Every site gets designed around these seven things. Skip any of them and you get a website that looks finished and achieves nothing.
We design around
- The business
- The customers
- The brand
- The commercial goals
- Conversion
- The actual requirements
- Where the business is going next
Functionality, where the job needs it
- Ecommerce
- Membership and gated areas
- Booking and scheduling
- Customer portals
- CRM integration
- ERP integration
- Third-party APIs
- Automation
- AI
Not every project needs custom development
A large share of the businesses who ask us for a custom build would be better served by a well-configured content-managed site — faster to launch, cheaper to run, and editable by their own team.
We'll tell you when that's the case. It's a smaller project for us and the right answer for you, and those two things are allowed to coexist.
How it runs
The stages.
Typical timeframe4–10 weeks for most business sites. Larger builds are longer and staged.
- 01
Understand
What the site is for, who it's for, and what a good month looks like commercially.
- 02
Structure
Sitemap, page purpose and journeys agreed before a pixel is drawn.
- 03
Content
Words and assets — written by us, by you, or together. Content leads design.
- 04
Design
Key templates designed properly, the rest built from the system.
- 05
Build
Front end, CMS, integrations, forms, tracking.
- 06
Test & launch
Devices, browsers, speed, accessibility, redirects, search console.
- 07
Support
We stay available. Most clients keep us on for changes and improvements.
Indicative investment
What it tends to cost.
A straightforward business website starts around AED 12,000. Everything above that is scoped on what the site actually has to do.
Indicative investment
A published range so you can plan and sanity-check a budget. It is not a commitment, and it is not what you’ll be invoiced.
Formal quotation
A written scope, deliverables, timeframe and a fixed number — issued after a conversation about what you actually need. That is the figure that counts.
Simple WordPress or business websites typically begin around AED 12,000. Custom builds are priced on what the site actually has to do.

Questions
Asked often.
Do you use WordPress?
Sometimes — it's a sensible choice when the site is content-led and your team wants a familiar editor. For anything with real interaction, speed requirements or custom logic, we build custom. We'll tell you which one your project needs and why.
How much does a website cost?
A straightforward business website typically starts around AED 12,000. Custom builds move up from there depending on what the site has to do. All figures are indicative and exclude 5% VAT — a real number comes after a conversation about scope.
How long will it take?
Four to ten weeks for most business websites. The variable is almost always content — the build rarely holds things up.
Who owns the site?
You do. Code, content, domain, hosting, analytics — all in your name. We'll transfer anything that isn't.
Can you fix the site we already have?
Often, yes — and it's frequently the cheaper answer. We'd look at what exists before recommending a rebuild.
Often paired with
- Identity & positioning
Branding
If the brand is being questioned during the website project, do it first — retro-fitting an identity to a finished site costs more than sequencing them properly.
- Software, not pages
Custom Websites & Web Applications
When there's a login and what's behind it is the point, you're no longer building a website.
- Visibility & enquiries
Digital Marketing
A site that converts is worth spending on. One that doesn't will just burn the ad budget faster.
- Useful, not decorative
AI Integration
Worth adding once the site works — an assistant can't rescue a page that doesn't explain the business.
Next step
Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.
We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.
The flow
Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project
No forms
A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.
Where we work
Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
